Principles of Goodroad Flexible Membrane Method Technology
Based on the native pavement, by continuously spraying the GoodRoad flexible membrane agent, the material gradually penetrates into the native pavement, forming a stable layer, and the surface forms a layer of membrane layer that has “ flexibility and toughness”.
This membrane agent undergoes a series of physicochemical reactions with the native soil,including changes to soil particle charge, bridge-link, hydration, compaction, and adsorption,initially forming a membrane layer with a thickness of 2-4mm. With continuous spraying, it possesses a strong dust suppression function, gradually thickening to 4-5mm, and in some areas reaching 6-8mm thick.
